Over this weekend we experienced a period of downtime caused by a power outage to a third-party server provider based in London.  We’d like to reassure all our supporters that this was not caused by a security incident, and that there has been no data breach. We sincerely apologise for this downtime, and can now confirm that this week’s draw has been completed, the results are on the website, and the winners have been contacted in line with the Game Rules.  


In this instance the issue was out of our hands, however we are putting steps in place to avoid incidents like this occurring in the future.


Service is now back to normal and we’d like to thank all players for your continued support, and your patience over this period.
